Warn them 'sniping, stay out of my line of fire'. If they ignore you, kick them. If they're running dodge, and Leeroy-ing everything by running everywhere to max their kills while you're clearly firing off grenades, and they complain when they go down because they're dumb enough to keep running into the killzone, kick them.

Non-lethal anything would require a new NPC state that Overkill has been reluctant to add, and all ranged attacks upon a guard during stealth is a one-hit kill. These things cause me the view the Dart Shooter as pointless. I think going full on 'rocket launcher primary weapon' as a big leap. Why not a world.guns.ru or world.guns.ru as a high-ish capacity grenade launcher before jumping to full on rockets? If underslung grenade launchers were to be added, I would go with: -Fills secondary weapon slot. To create a larger window for balancing damage, ammo pool, and whatnot. Plus you don't lose your gadget slot.Can either be mounted to select rifles, OR utilize a standalone stock/sight system.If mounted to a rifle, weapon swap speed is faster than when it is standalone. Then you can go with one of two options: Make up to three variants of the GL to match AR, AK, and SCAR firearms, or have the viewed model be based on initial player choice (for standalone), and primary weapon (when underslung).
